Orders are generally processed within working days after receiving the order unless an unforeseen event occurs or in the event of absence.Packets are sent by registered postal priority air mail.
Your order will be shipped directly to your address.
In the event of absence we proceed to shipping as soon as coming back and in registration order.
Once processed, shipping via priority airmail takes approximately 1~3 days to reach destinations.
Shipping insurance is included; therefore, mishaps or loss during shipping is at the buyer's risk.
We cannot be held responsible for abnormal shipping delays or damages to the plants due to delays, climatic conditions, clumsy manipulation during delivery or lost packets.
Plants are sent in an "inconspicuous" package as a "gift".
Orders of seeds only are sent in a padded envelope.
All orders are packed as well as possible to prevent damage during shipping.
Plants are packed without soil.
Depending on plant type, the root system is packed and humidified if necessary.
Leaves are reduced in order to avoid asphyxiation of plants during shipping and to insure a faster renewal after transplantation.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain and obey all laws, which apply to the possession and cultivation of any items listed on our site. We do not assume any responsibility if customs or similar agencies confiscate seeds or plants. The risk of shipping falls on the customer therefore we will not be held liable as these products are intended only for export to countries where their cultivation is not restricted.
